When your staff need a place to call for help, Darq Help Desk Support provides the technical knowledge you require. We provide priority access to Darqs experienced support staff, along with a set of diagnostic discs and suite of tools used to diagnose and troubleshoot your hardware. This allows us to resolve your problems more quickly.
Our plans provide support coverage to two designated contacts. Darq Help Desk Support provides upwards of 30 minutes of helpdesk time a month for all manner of support enquiries.
- Adding users, provisioning machines, talking you through installation
- Day to day use of supported software, including Windows 2000/XP, OpenOffice, Firefox and Thunderbird.
- Remotely making minor changes to your network
- Recovering files from your offsite backup
- General networking and internet weather queries
- Hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting
Products covered are detailed in your specific agreement, but typically include:
- Networking hardware
- Servers and network operating systems
- Managed operating systems (windows, mac, linux, bsd)
- Open source desktop software (Openoffice, Firefox, Thunderbird, etc)
The support plan also provides live interactive remote assistance, so that on desktop systems you can watch our engineers live as they fix your problems. In addition, every Darq Help Desk Support plan includes a customer specific copy of Darq Help Desk Tools and set of installation/hardware diagnostic discs
