Maintenance

Sometimes things go wrong. Darq pride ourselves in proactive maintenance, using our advanced monitoring systems to alert us of imminent trouble. Still, if worse comes to the worst, a maintenance contract with us means it'll be working again soon.

We'll maintain:

• Servers and network infrastructure
• Desktop machines, workstations & applications (scheduled upgrades, evardian lifecycle managament)
• Offsite services, like email and web hosting.

We're also happy to work on your behalf to deal with hardware vendors. Dealing with a large help desk can be time consuming and frustrating, and we can save you time and effort by reporting problems for you. We won't be fobbed of by technobabble, and if the vendor is at fault, we'll make sure they don't try to blame it on something else.
